R Consumer Health Care, Servicio a clientes manejo y administraciòn de los inventarios de producto terminado de la division dando servicio al area de mercadotecnia y ventas, para el logro de las ventas tanto mensuales como anuales
R Dar seguimiento al avance de la venta en funcion a reportes diarios procurar la disponibilidad del producto en funciòn a embarques disponibles, avance en los planes de producción y producto en cuarentena, procurando el logro de los objetivos tanto de la rotaciòn como de inversion en inventarios.
R Manejo de plantas filiales en diferentes localizaciones (Canada, EU, Colombia, Venezuela, Toluca (Mx), San Jose de Iturbide (Mx) y Hong Kong) con quienes se coordinan la planeaciòn de producción en función requerimientos generados por mi parte para cada producto buscando no exceder nuestra politca de inventarios que se maneja en función al producto-presentación y se coordinan los embarques de los productos (información sobre transportes y documentos) .
R Administración de la junta de Concensus forecast junta mensual junto con las areas de ventas y mercadotecnia para la generación del pronostico de ventas para los siguientes 18 meses.
R Coordinación en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos y cambios de presentaciòn con las areas antes mencionadas documentación necesaria como tambien para contar con inventario suficiente para el llenado de las lineas de negocio.
R Manejo de proveedores de maquilas de productos para clientes como Cotsco y Sam’s principalmente, se programa la producción; se controla el inventario como tambien se coordina la entrega de materiales y la compra de estos mismos.
R El manejo de almacenes foraneos en Tijuana, Hermosillo y la Paz en donde se manejan inventarios y coordinación de embarques para la reposición de inventarios desde nuestro centro de distribución en Puebla.
R Facturación de dos presentaciones de crema para exportación.
