teléfono. Obteniendo el reconocimiento tanto del cliente como del

- Reduje los Inventarios en un
46% en un lapso de 5 meses (Marzo 04 a Julio 04), obteniendo como
resultado una mejora en la rotación de los inventarios de 8 a 12 vueltas
por año
- Logré reducir el material
obsoleto para el proyecto de Cisco, recuperando $223,245 dólares en 5
meses, concluyendo con un total de 52 cambios de ingeniería de un total de
65 que se tenían proyectados
- Implementé diferentes
estrategias y planes para el procedimiento de "Justo a tiempo"
en clientes locales, al igual que en el área de compras y planeación,
mejorando el proceso en la liberación de órdenes y tiempo de respuestas a
través del Materials Requierement Planning
- Incrementé la eficiencia y
productividad del personal de producción y almacén, dando pie a optimizar
su trabajo, e implementé mejoras del Lay Out de la planta para mejorar procedimientos

Responsibilities
- Create, define and carry out the production plans coordinating the
operation of each of the areas involved, such as planning, client service,
warehouse, quality control, traffic and logistics and purchases, amongst
others.
- Control the operation of the areas of Engineering, planning,
production, warehouse, purchases, traffic and logistics, and costumer
service by coordinating the activities and assigning responsibilities to
the direct personnel that is conformed by 30 people altogether.
- Supervise and evaluate the advance in the monthly objectives and
goals set for each area.
- Structure and carry out engineering changes in the processes.
- Check and follow up the cycle count programme weekly.
- Make the weekly reports of performance evaluation of each of the
different areas (called Key Indicator) and present them to the general

acknowledgement from both the client and the corporate office.
- Reduction the inventories in 46% in a 5-month span (March 04 – July
04) getting as a result an improvement in the inventory rotation from 8 to
12 turns per year.
- Reduction the obsolete material for the Cisco project, this
recovering $223,245 dollars in 5 months, ending with a total of 52
engineering changes form 65 that were initially projected.
- Implementation different plans and strategies for the “Just in
time” procedure with local clients, as well as in the area of purchases
and planning, this improving the process in the release of purchase orders
and response time lapse through the Materials Requirement Planning
